Call for Abstracts (Steps)

Selection

Posters will be selected by a scientific committee that reserves the right to decide on the final selection for presentation at the symposium. Abstracts accepted for presentation must have at least one of the authors of the work present at the event. To present it to the public, they must be registered as a participant in the event. Acceptance of the abstract will imply payment of the registration fee by the author who will present it.

Free Oral Theme

Among the abstracts sent, the scientific committee will choose the 4 main outstanding works, which will have the opportunity to make a 10-minute PowerPoint presentation (or another program). The oral presentation will be made to the public participating in the Symposium.

The selected posters will be communicated via email up to 20 days before the event start date, as well as the works selected for presentation in a Free Oral Theme format.

Closer to the event date, we will send an email with location and display information for the posters.

Please note that the use of the badge will be mandatory during the event, including at the time of the presentation.
